In 2013, Leadercast focused on the theme 'Simply Lead'
Speakers like Jack Welch, Coach K and Condoleezza Rice took the stage and not only inspired us, but empowered us to be leaders that Simply Lead.
Part of the experience of a Leadercast event is to learn from leaders around us -including those in our own community. Being able to feel the passion and commitment to developing people, changing the world, changing the game from leaders that are featured yearly can help us see that we can do it too.
We don't have to make large sweeping changes to be leaders - we can, through simple truth, honesty and commitment to growth and connection, build ourselves into leaders of the same calibre - after all, leaders are human. Leaders can be anyone.
Leadercast helps us focus on this.
